At the Niranjan Avhad Foundation for the Disabled, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care to children with diverse disabilities, including deafblindness, autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, learning difficulties, intellectual disabilities, and multiple disabilities. Currently, we serve 30 children, nurturing their growth and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
To address each child’s unique needs, we divide them into four groups based on age and developmental capacity. Tailored activities and specialized tools are introduced to each group to foster learning and personal development.
Through individualized care, we are empowering these children with the skills they need for a brighter, more inclusive future.
According to the age and cognitive Level of the children they are divided into 4 broad groups. In each group training and different concepts are introduced to the children through real objects and real activities.

In this group, building rapport with children is our primary goal. We focus on essential daily living skills such as toilet training, brushing, and feeding. Additionally, we work on developing communication skills, mobility, and various foundational concepts to support their overall growth and independence.

This group includes slightly older children, with a focus on developing pre-Braille skills, introducing concepts of numbers and money, and building functional skills like reading and writing.

This group is designed for teenagers, where each child’s unique talents and natural abilities begin to shine. At this stage, we focus on creating a personalized future plan tailored to each child’s skills and needs. We encourage independence in managing personal tasks and work-related skills, while nurturing their hidden talents and helping them develop self-confidence for a more self-reliant future.

Adults aged 18 and above receive vocational training in this group, following their progress from the transition stage. Activities are tailored to each individual's abilities and talents, with a focus on their future needs. Personalized plans are crafted to guide them toward independence, empowering them to manage personal and work-related responsibilities confidently.
Our organization is committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with multiple disabilities.
